At Harris County, I served on a six-person team overseeing $180 million in ARPA early childhood investments. I helped develop a $16.4 million early-learning initiative and built a tracking system that reduced reporting errors by 40%.
Community organizing and leadership
Since 2015, my organizing, advocacy, and volunteer work has connected young people, schools, community organizations, and decision-makers. My experience includes coalition building, youth leadership, mentorship, and nonprofit governance.
